Privacy Policy

This is a one-person private beta. This page describes what LifeOps collects about you, how we use it, and who sees it.
What we collect
- Account info — email address and authentication tokens, via Supabase.
- Beta waitlist email — if you join the waitlist before signing up.
- Your content — daily standups, notes, people records, Think sessions, and trip inventories you create in the app.
- Billing info — if you subscribe, Stripe handles your card and billing address. We never see your card number.
- Usage analytics — aggregated interaction events via PostHog (pages visited, feature usage). No raw content.
How we use it
- To run the service — your content powers the features you use (AI summaries, search, dossiers).
- AI processing — standup and Think content is sent to OpenAI to generate summaries, action items, and responses. We do not use it to train any models.
- Background jobs — Trigger.dev runs async processing for AI tasks.
- Product improvement — we review aggregated analytics to decide what to build next. No individual content is reviewed without your permission.
Third parties that receive your data
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- OpenAI — AI summarization of your standups and Think sessions.
- Trigger.dev — background jobs.
- Stripe — subscription billing (if you subscribe).
- PostHog — usage analytics.
- Vercel — hosting.
Your rights
- Access a copy of your data.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Ask what's stored about you.

Cookies
We use cookies only for authentication (your Supabase session) and analytics (PostHog). No advertising cookies.
